Eray Aldemir is a sports administrator who views sport not merely as a field of competition, but as one of the most powerful tools for character building, discipline, and social solidarity. Having been involved in sports since a young age, he has combined his on-field experience with his management vision to add value to Turkish sports. Trust, determination, and sustainable development are central to his leadership philosophy. According to Aldemir, success stems not from individual strength, but from the collective will of a team united around a common goal. This approach has also brought with it a management philosophy that aligns with the nature of tug-of-war. Since assuming the presidency, his priority areas of work have been:

• Strengthening the federation's corporate identity,

• Systematizing youth and infrastructure development,

• Modernizing training and certification processes,

• Increasing international representation within a strategic plan. Eray Aldemir's vision is not only to make tug-of-war a widespread sport in Turkey, but also to elevate it to the status of a school of character and leadership for younger generations. He believes that this sport, which centers on disciplined work, strategic thinking, and team spirit, will create a strong sports culture in our country.

Thanks to collaborations developed with public institutions, universities, local governments, and the private sector, the federation's sphere of influence has expanded; a transparent, participatory, and accountable management model has been established.

With his strong organizational structure, visionary perspective, and determined leadership, Eray Aldemir continues his work towards the goal of making the Turkish Tug-of-War Federation more visible and competitive in the international arena.
