What is Tug of War?
Tug of war is a competition where two teams pull a rope to their own side. It is a sport that requires teamwork, strength and strategy.
Rules
- Each team consists of 8 athletes
- The game ends when the middle point of the rope reaches the mark on the ground
- Played over 3 sets
- Each set lasts a maximum of 1 minute
